Data deletion

You can delete your data from Queuelane at any time. Deletion in Queuelane does not remove videos already published on the networks.

Delete everything (your Queuelane account)

• Log in and open Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
• We immediately revoke access to every connected network and delete your profile, connected accounts and tokens, uploaded videos, posts, statistics and activity. Residual copies in backups are erased within 7 days.

Remove one connected account

• Open Accounts and click Disconnect on the account. We revoke the token with the network and delete that account's data immediately.
• You can also remove access from the network itself: Google Account permissions (YouTube), TikTok app › Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions, or Facebook › Business integrations (Facebook and Instagram). When Facebook tells us that you removed Queuelane, we delete the related data automatically and give you a confirmation code you can check on our deletion status page.

Ask us

If you can't log in, email support@queuelane.com from the address of your account with the subject "Data deletion". We complete the request within 7 days and confirm by email.
