Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Queuelane ("Queuelane", "we"), operated by Isaque Voss, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the website and application available at https://queuelane.com (the "Service"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. What Queuelane does
Queuelane lets you upload your own videos, prepare posts and schedule them to be published to social media accounts that you connect — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages — using each network's official API. Queuelane only publishes posts that you create and confirm.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted Argon2id hash), language and time zone.
- Content: video files and thumbnails you upload, captions, titles, descriptions, tags and the settings you choose for each post, and your posting schedule.
- Support messages you send us.
2.2 Information from the networks you connect
When you connect an account, the network shows you the permissions requested and you decide whether to grant them. We then receive:
- YouTube (Google): an OAuth access token and refresh token; your channel ID, title and profile image; for videos you publish through Queuelane, their ID, processing status, privacy status and public statistics (view, like and comment counts). Permissions:
youtube.uploadandyoutube.readonly. - TikTok: an access token and refresh token; your open ID, display name, username and avatar; creator settings needed to publish (available privacy options, whether comments/duets/stitches are allowed, maximum video length); and the status of posts you publish through Queuelane. Permissions:
user.info.basic,video.publish,video.upload. - Meta (Facebook and Instagram): a user access token and Page access tokens; your app-scoped Facebook user ID; the ID, name and picture of the Facebook Pages you select and of the Instagram professional accounts linked to them; and the status and link of posts you publish through Queuelane.
We do not access your private messages, contacts, followers lists, or content you did not publish through Queuelane.
2.3 Technical information
Server logs (IP address, browser user agent, date and time, requested page) kept for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: store your videos, show your connected accounts, and publish your posts at the time you choose with the settings you chose.
- To show you the status of each publication and, for YouTube, the statistics of videos you published with Queuelane.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To communicate with you about your account (for example, a password reset or a post that failed).
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
4. YouTube API Services
Queuelane uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel and read basic information about it. By using the YouTube features of Queuelane you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Queuelane's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page, or by disconnecting the channel in Queuelane (which revokes the token immediately).
Limited Use: Queuelane's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How information is shared
- With the networks you choose: when a post is published, the video and the text and settings you defined are sent to that network.
- Service providers: our hosting provider stores the encrypted database and the video files on our behalf. Video files may be made available through a private, expiring link only to the network that needs to download them (Instagram and Facebook).
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.
We never share your access tokens with anyone, and they are never shown in your browser.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a short-lived cookie that protects the connection flow with each network. No third-party cookies.
7. Storage, retention and deletion
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and kept only while the account is connected.
- Profile data and statistics obtained from YouTube are refreshed when you use them; data not refreshed within 30 days is deleted automatically.
- Videos and posts are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- Disconnecting an account revokes the token with the network and deletes that account's data from Queuelane immediately.
- Deleting your Queuelane account (Settings → Delete account) deletes all your data — profile, connected accounts, videos, posts, statistics and activity — immediately; residual copies in backups are erased within 7 days. If you revoke access from a network's own settings, we delete the related data within 7 days of learning about it and in any case within 30 days.
- Deleting data in Queuelane does not delete videos already published on the networks; you can remove them on each network.
See also our Data deletion instructions.
8. Security
Connections use HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only by our servers. Access to the servers is restricted to the operator. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any incident that affects it as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil's LGPD or the EU/UK GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You can export your data (Settings → Export) and delete it (Settings → Delete account) yourself at any time, or write to support@queuelane.com. We answer within 15 days.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you must be old enough to have accounts on the networks you connect. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. International transfers
Our servers may be located outside your country. When you publish, data is transferred to the networks, which may process it in other countries under their own policies.
12. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date, and notify you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
