Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Queuelane, available at https://queuelane.com and operated by Isaque Voss. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Queuelane is a tool to upload your videos, prepare posts and schedule their publication to social media accounts you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) through the networks' official APIs. The Service is currently offered free of charge as a beta and may change.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to hold accounts on the networks you connect.

3. Your content and permissions

  • You keep all rights to the videos and texts you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and send them to the networks you choose, at the time you choose.
  • You may only upload and publish content that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to publish, including music, images and the likeness of people who appear in it. Every post requires you to confirm this.
  • Queuelane publishes a post only after you create and confirm it. You can edit or cancel a scheduled post until it starts publishing.

4. Third-party platforms

When you connect and publish to a network, you also agree to that network's terms and are responsible for following its rules:

The networks may reject, limit, label or remove content, change their APIs, or restrict accounts; Queuelane has no control over these decisions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • publish content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that you were not authorized to publish;
  • send spam, artificially inflate engagement, or evade a network's limits or enforcement;
  • publish illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative or misleading content, or content that violates a network's community guidelines;
  • access the Service through automated means other than features we provide, or try to break its security.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability

We work to publish every post on time, but publishing depends on the networks and on the internet. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that a network will accept every post. The status page of each post shows what happened.

7. Ending the Service

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may stop offering the Service with reasonable notice; you will be able to export your data before that.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or reach, or for decisions made by the networks. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its date and tell you in advance about significant changes.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their own domicile.
